Specializing as a dual therapist, obtaining her massage license in 2000 working at Aveda she found a love for skincare and holistic therapies. Closely after, becoming a coastal manager at Jurlique while then practicing skincare, and working with boutique hotels and VIP clients in NYC, SF and LA. Since then, she has worked and traveled as lead esthetician for luxury brands housed in BARNEYS NY and Neiman Marcus. Upon opening Olfactorie, was trained in perfumery exciting a new passion. Today, she works with private clients creating a sustainable holistic environment with superior care and still adorns creating scents.
Lia Roman
Lia Roman is a results-driven esthetician known for her holistic, skin-first approach---blending advanced treatment techniques with a deep understanding of how internal health, lifestyle, and skin are all connected. Her passion for the industry was shaped early on, growing up around strong women in beauty and business, which naturally led her to develop both an intuitive touch and a refined eye for results. She specializes in corrective skincare, working closely with clients experiencing acne, eczema, dermatitis, and rosacea. Her treatments are rooted in intention and education, with a signature focus on lymphatic massaging to support detoxification, circulation, and overall skin health. Lia is a certified Dermaplane Pro, HydraFacial Specialist, and Procell Micro-channeling provider. She has worked alongside leading skincare brands including HydraFacial, PCA Skin, Elta MD, Dr. Dennis Gross, Lira Clinical, Skinceuticals, and Eminence Organic Skin Care, gaining experience across both clinical and luxury spa environments. Outside of the treatment room, Lia enjoys creating content centered around food, traveling, beauty, wellness and education, with plans to expand into podcasting.
